  • The batching machine is compromised of frame, lateral plate, rising plate, heightening plate and belt steelyard and so on. There are three storage hoppers whose volume is 10m3 for each. The lateral plate is fixed on the frame by connector pole. The rising plate, lateral plate and heightening plate are fixed together by bolts in working state. Remove the rising plate, lateral plate, and heightening plate to be consigned separately when transported. There is a discharging door for each storage hopper.
    The belt steelyard is hanged on the storage hopper frame by four sensors and adopts accumulative weighing. When transported, remove the sensor and fix the belt steelyard on the frame by steeve, and consign them together. The belt machine of the belt steelyard adopts common belt whose width is 650mm and it’s driven by electric roller. The weighed aggregate is delivered to the storage hopper at the top of the tower by inclined belt.
